Construction management services from concept through completion.  Work included multiple projects emphasizing alternative materials specifications and energy efficient systems to maximize affordability, sustainability, and durability throughout the life of the facility. Personally responsible for all planning, cost estimating, price negotiation, budget, and project management.

Project Manager and Chief Estimator, Bell Industries, Edmond, Oklahoma, 1999 – 2001
Chief estimator and project manager for land development, commercial offices, and residential neighborhoods projects.  Responsibilities included owner’s representative and coordinator for all engineering and architectural services, including site planning and land development preconstruction services.  Chief estimator responsibilities included material specifications, cost estimating, value engineering, and materials purchasing on both commercial and residential projects.  Project manager on multiple projects with full responsibility for the coordination and execution of all site work, utilities/infrastructure, paving, and construction of vertical structures as designed.

Vice President Product Development, Bridgeport Development, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 1997 – 1999
Responsible for community design development, value engineering, material specifications, cost estimating, and purchasing for land development and residential construction projects. 

Product Development Manager and Chief Estimator, Heartland Homes, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 1992 – 1997
Chief estimator for systems building company with emphasis on value engineered products for cost savings and accelerated construction time.  Personally responsible for implementation of design, cost estimating, and purchasing process that reduced project cost overruns by 2.5% within the first year of execution.  BETA site coordinator for BIM software in the design development department responsible for database development and CAD drawing execution as needed.  Responsibilities included BIM implementation in the design department and the subsequent system development linking the BIM information to the Johnson F.A.S.T purchasing/job costing software.
