Construction Administration Master's Degree

The Master of Science in Construction Administration (CA) program is designed for persons who desire an educational background focusing on the Design/Build project delivery process. The roles of the owner, designer, consultant, contractor and subcontractor are explored from project conception to completion. Core studies include theory and practical knowledge. Class formats include discussion, team interaction and the use of current information management technologies for communication and documentation.

The program is structured for the non-traditional student. Most classes meet once a week in the evening for three hours (typically starting at 3:30pm or 4:30pm).

Today the program is composed of approximately twenty-four students with varied backgrounds ranging from Communications or Accounting to Architecture and Engineering. Many international cultures are represented.

The program requires a minimum of 35 academic hours. Prior to admittance into the program it is advisable for the candidate to meet with the Graduate Liaison to discuss program details and a course of study.
